Epsilon Advisor is an independent boutique investment banking & advisory firm focussing on Indian & South East Asian Markets. We use our expertise and know-how to advise our clients on strategies for growth, how to structure and execute mergers, acquisitions and capital raising. We are uniquely placed in implementing the partnership & research-based approach because of the rich background of our team and associates who have in-depth experience in private equity, investment banking and management consulting on a global level. Further, our team’s cumulative experience of about 40 years on the buy-side private equity investment has made private capital raising and M & A as our key strengths. Our partners have managed global private equity funds and invested more than US$ 1 billion across sectors & geographies in Asian market previously.

Capital Raising

We offer capital-raising advisory services to our clients taking buy-side as well as sale-side mandates. We advise our clients raising capital via equity, debt & structured instruments from private equity funds, VCs, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds & multilateral institutions.

Mergers  & Acquisitions

Our domestics as well as cross border transaction advisory combines local, industry and technical expertise to serve our clients. We have robust practices dedicated to infrastructure, healthcare, energy, healthcare,consumer, technology, manufacturing, financial services & education sector.

Corporate Finance

We advise our clients on capital raising plans, optimal capital structure, distressed asset restructuring and turnaround management. Additionally, we act as an independent transaction advisor in various financial transactions, M & A and project bidding processes.

Investments

As a part of our investments portfolio, we do early stage/Series A investments in businesses based in India, Silicon Valley (US) and South East Asia. Additionally we nurture, mentor and advise startups scaling up & establishing in markets like India and South East Asia.

Team

Alok Prusty    

Alok, the founder of Epsilon Advisor, has more than eleven years of experience with more than five years of investment and fund raising experience in private equity funds in India and abroad. He was a Fund Manager at Pacific Transportation Fund, a US$ 250 million private equity fund under CLSA Capital Partners (AUM $ 3.5 Billion) in Singapore where he was involved in fund structuring, fund raising, deal sourcing and asset management. Prior to that he worked for Eredene Capital, an AIM quoted US$ 100 million India focused infrastructure private equity fund as senior associate as a part of investment advisory team in Mumbai. Alok has published several articles related to private equity & corporate finance in reputed international journals like Journal of Structured Finance, Journal of Private Equity etc. Alok has been an angel investor and mentor for various technology startups in India, Malaysia & Silicon Valley, US.
